A 6-Month Strategic Mentorship for Etsy Sellers Ready to Build a Predictable, Profitable Business

This is a legally binding agreement. Please read carefully.

By submitting your first payment, you (“Client”) are entering into a contractual agreement with Arelis Caban-Oberst (“Service Provider”) for The Business Accelerator program as outlined below. This agreement ensures clarity, protects both parties, and establishes expectations for an implementation-focused mentorship.

Investment & Payment Terms

Total Program Cost: $3,500 USD

Paid in Full: $3,500 USD 6 Monthly Payments of $700 USD ($4,200 total, includes payment plan administrative fee)

Marketing & Educational Use Authorization

As part of participating in this mentorship, the Client grants Arelis Designs LLC permission to use business-related materials shared during the program for educational, testimonial, and marketing purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to:

screenshots of business performance, analytics, or growth metrics
clips, screenshots, or excerpts from coaching calls, Zoom sessions, trainings, or community interactions
written wins, testimonials, or strategic case study examples
images, videos, or materials uploaded by the Client inside the program portal, feedback channels, or community spaces

These materials may be used in trainings, workshops, social media content, email marketing, website content, case studies, sales materials, and other educational or promotional assets.

Privacy Protection:

Arelis Designs LLC agrees not to publicly disclose the Client’s full legal name, Etsy shop name, website URL, or identifying business information without separate written permission. Any case study, screenshot, or example shared publicly will be anonymized or edited to remove identifying business details unless explicit consent is provided.

Limited Identification Consent:

The Client grants permission for use of their first name, likeness, voice, and submitted imagery in non-identifying educational or promotional contexts consistent with the privacy protections above.

Timeline & Commitment

The mentorship begins upon receipt of the first payment and completion of onboarding materials.

Active participation and timely communication are required to maximize results.
Scheduled 1:1 kick-off call must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice or may be forfeited.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All program materials, templates, and trainings remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider and are for the Client’s internal business use only. Client shall not copy, distribute, or resell materials.

Refunds & Termination

All payments are non-refundable due to the strategic and high-touch nature of this mentorship. Early withdrawal or non-compliance does not release the Client from payment obligations. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the agreement in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or conduct that interferes with the integrity of the program.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
